Our Church Street practice offers NHS dental treatments, which means that you may be entitled to free dental treatment if you meet certain criteria. You are eligible to receive free dental treatments if, when your treatment starts, you are:
- Under 18
- Under 19 and in full-time education
- Pregnant or you’ve had baby within the 12 months before treatment starts
If you’re not entitled to free NHS treatment or if you need help with the cost, below are examples of the cost of common treatments that we offer:
- Examination – No charge
- Two Small X-rays – £4.64
- Small amalgam filling – £7.20
- Large amalgam filling – £18.52
- Simple scaling – £10.60
- Root canal treatment (cost depends on the tooth) – £38.92 – £81.48
- Single Crown – £78.20
- Simple extraction – £12.04
- Complete upper and lower plastic dentures – £146.23
